Developing a brief for a play installation for children under 5s. Working with lead artists, Level G Programme team and audience experience team to develop and deliver several seasons of Squish Space.

Exploring Basquiat’s style and techniques using contemporary digital tools. Commissioned programme and artwork, led by lead artist Antonio Roberts and a multi-disciplinary group of Barbican Young Creatives alumni.

Working with Hunt & Darton to scope a cross-arts box inspired by their practice. Initial development, artist and team induction to the project, and supporting the Creative Learning Team to deliver the programme in London and Manchester.
Sleep Quilt, Delivered and Exhibited at Wellcome Reading Room
Wellcome Collection 2016, as Lead Artist/Quilt-maker 

Conceived as a response to the exhibition States of Mind, I hosted workshops at Wellcome and St Mungo’s, Endell Street inviting people to share their stories of sleep and embroider them into a quilt.

Exploring the history of Greenhead Park through oral history interviews, workshops, research and an exhibition hosted by the Friends of Greenhead Park.

As a volunteer member of Outstories Bristol, I worked with the M Shed Learning Team to develop a schools project that engaged with oral histories, explored LGBTQ+ History in Bristol and produced a series of labels written by young people from Bristol Secondary Scho

Building relationships with, and gathering feedback from, local mental healthcare services, support groups and services users. Interviewing a range of key artists, practitioners and service users to contribute oral history to the exhibition.
Too Young for What? Basquiat

Programming a festival of activity exploring Basquiat’s practice in a contemporary context. Commissioning new performances, poetry and writing for the free stage, and workshops, tours and talks across the centre.
Are You Sitting Comfortably? Young Visual Arts Group Exhibition

Building the annual Young Visual Arts Group programme with lead artist Jordan Mckenzie. Developing a programme of exchange and development for emerging artists that culminated in a three-day exhibition across the Barbican.

Developing a digital programme of exchange between artist Bethan Yates and members of ENO’s Youth Company, on a commission for The Coliseum. Making connections between performance and craft, hosting digital workshops and support collaboration.
Training and knowledge exchange programme, The First Decade Project
Crafts Council 2016, as Learning and Participation Manager

Developing a training programme for volunteers based across England as part of a National Heritage Lottery Fund project. Supporting the First Decade Project Team with in-person delivery and leading on a digital learning platform for volunteers.

Basquiat Box, Barbican Visual Arts Box

Basquiat Box  was an edition of Barbican Box filled with examples of Basquiat’s work, materials he used and objects that contextualised his life. The box was curated to inspire learning and collaboration and activated by artist residencies in schools, to create new work and newly publised zine anthology
Story Selector, Twelve Tall Tales Exhibition

Twelve Tall Tales was an exhibition that highlighted how artists, makers and designers tell stories through the objects they create. This included developing a Story Selector guide illustrated by Sally Jane Thompson FF

Working with ENO producers and composer Jessie Maryon Davies to distill ideas for the Finish This programme into easy-to-follow lesson plans, downloadable resources and pupil workbooks that supported Secondary School take up in the project.

Ark Schools 2023, as Project Lead - Cultural Education Programme

Developing and embedding creative arts and cultural entitlement activity as part of a Clore Duffield Foundation funded programme with Ark Schools. Working with teachers, local arts organisations and artists in Hastings to deliver a pilot programme of activity for primary and secondary school pupils. 
Design Yourself, Barbican Young Creatives

Developing a digital commissioning programme for Young Creative Alumni, responding to the questions: What does it mean to be human? and how do advances in technology help or hinder our capacity to be creative? Co-developed and led with artist Antonio Roberts, as a pilot within a new digital strategy.
Peer Reset Group and Cultural Sector Support Programme
A New Direction 2020, as Senior Programme Manager

Developing a Peer Support group for people working in the arts education sector, bringing together people to share practice, engage in dialogue and take part in peer coaching during the disruption of the pandemic. Sharing learning from that process more widely through a programme of digital events and resources. 
My Basquiat Tours, Basquiat Boom for Real Exhibition
Barbican Art Gallery 2017, as Creative Learning Curator (Visual Arts)

Creation of a youth-led tours for members of the public in the Barbican Art Gallery, tours included performance, storytelling, poetry, dance, and imrpovisation, establishing a new format for visitor and youth enagagement.
Young Enterprise Lab, Entrepreneurship Awards

Piloting a pre-incubator programme for Barbican Young Creative alumni and Young Barbican members with an interest in entrepreneurship. Supporting a cohort through a mentoring process, led by Social Enterpreneur Joe Gray, as part of a strategic review of Careers and Enterprise programming. 
Metal Casting with Jacky Oliver, Craft&Making Saturday Club
Cockpit Studios 2023, as Youth and Community Producer

Developing and embedding Youth and Community Engagement activity across Cockpit Studios in Bloomsbury and Deptford. Includes setting up a National Saturday Club, developing careers programming for schools and growing a public offer on site.
